Abstract
A novel matrix perturbation theory in field computation by the moment method is presented, which can be used to calculate the field distributions of a partially varied system rapidly based on its form. Compared with the usual moment methods, the new theory not only has an equivalent precision, but can save 60 times the execution time. This theory is especially suitable for the inside field computation of a biological body which has various diseases.
