  • Abstract
    Two approaches for the implementation of micropower monolithic filters operating from a 1.3-V supply were investigated. The filters were fabricated using a bipolar/JFET compatible technology. The characteristics and limitations of each of the filtering approaches are discussed and a comparison between the two, based on the performance of second-order bandpass filter realizations, is presented.
