Abstract
Results obtained from an induced current impedance imaging system demonstrate that good quality impedance images can be obtained by capacitive sensing through an insulating boundary, thus eliminating the need for direct electrical contact with the target. It is shown that images of both conductivity and susceptance distributions are possible.
