  • Abstract
    The effect of large signals applied to the grid of a detector is discussed. It is shown that signals even as small as fifty mv appreciably affect the tube parameters and influence the frequency distortion. The nature of detector overloading is discussed and overload curves of the plate rectifier are presented.
