  • Abstract
    Our recent papers on resonant impact ionization in Ga1-x- AlxSb [1], [2] have stimulated D. Kasemset to reinterpret our data and to find a new model consistent with his interpretation. In our opinion, his letter is based on a series of misunderstandings and fundamental errors.
