Abstract :
A fairly general and easy-to-implement concept allows the construction of a variety of novel elemental charge distributions for 3-D full-wave SAW-device modelling. The method relies on phased-periodic Green functions, the method of moments, and the superposition principle. 3-D calculation of elemental charge distributions is presented, accounting for the transversal end-effects
