  • Abstract
    The sampling theorem for sequency-band-limited dyadic stationary processes is generalized to accommodate sequency-band-limited nonstationary random processes. In addition, some error bounds for truncated sampling expansions are derived. Furthermore, in the course of this development, Poisson sum formulas are established to suit Walsh transforms.
