Abstract
An optical FDM/TDM crossconnect employing a novel frequency-agile light source and an optical timeslot interchanger is demonstrated. Bit-error free operation of the FDM/TDM crossconnect is accomplished for four channels of 30 GHz-spaced 622 Mbit/s data in a 53 byte packet
