Abstract :
A new circuit is described for the suppression of 1/f amplifier noise and floating diffusion reset noise in CCD imagers. Results are equivalent to correlated double sampling but only a single clock pulse is required. Noise measurements for the RCA SID504, 403 × 512 imager are presented.
