Abstract :
After 30 years of IEEE Potentials, the Gamesman has finally been revealed and he´s looking for a slew of crafty minds. Do you have what it takes to create a problem that meets the Gamesman´s standards? Those submitting problems with diagrams and/or images must submit the images in separate figure files (jpg, tiff, gif, or eps files are acceptable).
