Abstract :
With the Fourier transform begin{equation*}F(omega)=int^{+infty}_{-infty}f(t)text{exp}({-j}omega{t})dtend{equation*} it is not difficult to evaluate a good approximation of the envelope of F(¿) simply by maximizing the integral in the second member of the preceding equation. The purpose of this document is to use the maximization technique for the graphical harmonic analysis of complex waveforms.
