  • Abstract
    The necessary and sufficient condition for a matrix to be doubly symmetric, as stated in the above paper, is questioned, it is proved that the condition under consideration is necessary but not sufficient. Somecounterexamples are provided to substantiate the claim. In fact, what appears to be a new class of matrices possessing some interesting properties is discussed.
