Abstract :
A high-rate (rate 1.5) nonlinear orthogonal space-time block code for four transmit antennas is presented. It outperforms previous space- time block codes where there are more than two receive antennas. This high-rate code improves on the performance of a recently proposed nonlinear orthogonal space-time block code of the same rate and without any extra constellation expansion.
