Abstract
This paper discusses with the customer services and how to treat the customers like guests. As engineers we are expected to meet both the technical and business expectations of our customers and clients. These customers range from the actual external users of our products and services to the internal organizational customers within our company who depend on us bring our ideas into reality. Also, we can´t forget to include our suppliers, contractors, and professional organizations that are also a special type of customer to us.
