Abstract
In this paper special interest groups for the IEEE engineering management society are discussed. The IEEE Engineering Management Society is inviting EMS members and other interested professionals to participate in the formation of special interest groups (SIGs). The IEEE International Engineering Management Conferences also provide an annual event for discussions on the state of the art topics in engineering management. The SIGs will represent complementary activity that will involve a continuing interaction between society members through a medium. The Board of Governors is seeking nominations, including self-nominations, from members to join one of the following SIGs: Entrepreneurial management, project and process management, product development, and career development in engineering management.
