Abstract :
An analysis of the quantization noise in symmetric coupled time-interleaved delta-sigma analog-to-digital converters (TI-DS-ADCs) is presented. Sufficient conditions are derived that ensure that the quantization noise is asymptotically uniformly distributed and independent of delayed versions of itself and the input. Application of the conditions is illustrated in example TI-DS-ADCs.
