  • Abstract
Four US Federal Government programs designed by the Office of Telecommunications Policy to help determine how frequencies are used by US Government stations and to help keep the assignment data base accurate and current are described. These programs are spectrum measurements; five year review of assignments, usage reporting; and field survey. The history leading up to the establishment of these programs is described.
