Abstract :
The AC resistance and inductance of a coplanar waveguide with nonideal conductivity are computed by means of a quasi-static mode-matching method. Convergence is examined and the numerical results are compared to those obtained by a full-wave mode-matching method. Regarding the frequency dependence, significant influence of the conductor losses is found
