Abstract :
A current-modulated pixel driver containing four polysilicon thin-film transistors is presented for use in a carbon nanotube based field emission display application, which can accurately control the display grey-scales and greatly improve display uniformity, as well as provide continuous excitation during the full frame time to maintain a steady field emission current.
