Abstract :
A PSBT/DPSK precoder IC fabricated in a self-aligned InP DHBT technology is presented. Circuit architecture is based on a very wideband static divider operating beyond 60 GHz. Precoder measurements at 44 Gbit/s show an eye diagram with low jitter (0.5 ps RMS) and a 15 ps phase margin.
