Abstract :
Simon M. Sze has resigned as Associate Editor of the IEEE Electron Device Letters. The Electron Device Society and the Editor wishes to express our deepest gratitude for the effort and dedication he has provided to this journal. Joining as new Associate Editor is John R. Brews of Bell Laboratories. We welcome his device expertise and experience and look forward to working with him. A short biography of Mr Brews is presented.
