Abstract
The basic ideas of the quantum 
noise theory are presented here briefly only up to the point needed in order to answer the questions raised by Dr. Black [1], and to clarify whether or not they contain new contributions or if they are just caused by lack of familiarity with the theory. All claims of inconsistencies and flaws in the theoretical framework are rejected as unfounded.
