Summary form only given. Dr. William R. Frensley, associate editor for Microwave Devices, is leaving the editorial board of the IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices. Many thanks are due to him for his three years of excellent service. Dr. Sandip Tiwari of IBM, whose biography appears below, will be the new associate editor for III-V and Microwave Devices. We are fortunate to have the benefit of Dr. Tiwari??s extensive talent and experience and welcome him to the editorial board of the IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices.
