Summary form only given. Dr. Moiz Beguwala and Professor James D. Plummer are leaving the editorial board of this Transactions after several years of superb service as associate editors. Replacing them as MOS associate editors are: Dr. Ted I. Kamins of Hewlett-Packard Laboratories and Professor Chenming Hu of the University of California, Berkeley.
