Abstract :
The current design for the Hall C High Momentum Spectrometer calls for two large-aperture quadrupoles, each having the same physical characteristics but operating at different field gradients. A cold-iron, superconducting, laminated yoke magnet has been developed as the reference design. The results of the two- and three-dimensional magnetostatic studies are presented along with some details of the conductor and cryostat design
