Abstract :
Tools are presented which enable the practitioner to efficiently design all-pass based, highly selective low-pass power symmetric-infinite impulse response (PS-IIR) filters which are well suited for sub-band decomposition in applications such as multirate acoustic echo cancellation (MAEC)
