Abstract :
A novel GaAs MMIC MESFET mixer is designed and applied in an integrated CPFSK demodulator, with an input IF frequency of 7-13 GHz and a baseband bandwidth of 3 GHz, yielding a receiver sensitivity of -44.0 dBm at 2.5 Gbit/s and a dynamic range of >20 dB
