Abstract :
Reconfigurable multichannel add-drop multiplexers (RM-ADMs) may become key components in large-capacity interoffice WDM ring networks. The authors propose a new RM-ADM which is simpler, has lower insertion loss, and has better crosstalk performance than existing structures
