  • Abstract
The increased reliance on expert evidence by litigants is no more apparent than in lawsuits where a plaintiff alleges that exposure to the electric and magnetic fields (EMFs) associated with the use of electricity has caused him injury. This article addresses the type of EMF claims that are being raised, summarizes key litigation developments and trends, and explains the importance of science in EMF litigation
