Abstract :
Tunnel generation and locking of new modes in an optical parametric oscillator are discussed under a second-order correction for the refractive index dispersion of the medium inside the resonator. A numerical calculation of the correction is given and described, extending the frequency band covered by modes up to 9000 cm-1.
