Abstract :
In the above titled paper (ibid., vol. 19, no. 24, pp. 2003-2005, 15 Dec 07), the value of bit rate reported in the second line of Section II (10.7 Gb/s) is not correct. The correct value of the bit rate used in the simulation is 10 Gb/s.
