Low-skilled British workers may well feel intimidated by ´globalisation´ and immigration. London-based politicians should take note. WHOEVER WINS the UK General Election and whether the country stays in the EU or not, it will have to deal with some of the fundamental weaknesses in its technology skills base to compete in the European and global marketplace.
