Abstract :
This paper is dedicated to the theoretical evaluation of the quantitative limit between linear and nonlinear regime in alternating current /direct current (ac/dc) field measurements. We have used a micromagnetic method for calculating the dynamic magnetization component on the ac field direction, for a ferromangnetic single-domain particle with uniaxial anisotropy, neglecting thermal effects. By Fourier analysis technique, we have evaluated the ac field amplitude value corresponding to the linear/nonlinear limit.
