Erratum

In the letter "MOSFET Substrate Current Model Including Energy Transport," by M. Fukuma and W.W. Lui, in IEEE Electron Device Letters, vo l. EDL-8, no. 5, pp. 214-216, May 1987, corrections to equations (3), (6), figure 2, and reference numbers [4] and [5] in the body should be replaced by [4], [5] and [6], respectively.
