Abstract :
An active detector circuit is described which is simultaneously capable of wide radio frequency bandwidth and wide detected bandwidth. In appropriate signal circumstances, the detector is capable of directly producing a signal compatible with emitter coupled logic. The circuit, simulations and measured results are described
