Abstract :
Planar and edge-type YBa2Cu3Ox-metal (Pb, Pt, In) tunnel junctions based on epitaxial Y-Ba-Cu-O films have been studied. The conductance characteristics of these junctions, particularly the conductance zero bias anomalies, have been considered. A difference between the Rd(V) dependences was observed for two types of the contacts at low bias voltages V≲5 mV. This difference was probably associated with an anisotropy of the state density N(∈) in the near-contact region of YBa2Cu3Ox. The existence of a correlation in the temperature dependences of the state density of YBa2Cu3Ox along the Cu-O planes and perpendicular to them has been observed
