Abstract :
In this paper, a method to determine the reciprocity of radio-frequency mixers is proposed based on fully calibrated three-port large signal network analyzer measurements. Besides revealing the reciprocity of the mixers, this type of measurement can also be used in yielding the match conditions at all ports as well as magnitude, phase, and group-delay response of the conversion loss of the mixer.
