Abstract :
In this issue, we continue the tradition started three years ago of publishing a condensation of the prize-winning Zucker student paper. The authors of this paper, and all the other students who attended the Zucker luncheon in New Orleans last October, don\´t believe in impossibilities. Unlike the false promises made by the individuals cited here, younger engineers take on challenges without the prejudice that "it can¿t be done." And that makes progress possible.
