    The editor focuses on the contention of a journal contributor that "students are not being prepared to be computationalists who will be able to call their work \´science\´". The contributor recommends that a practical step toward a future resolution of this problem might be to go back to the basics. The inclusion of computation into the curriculum is deemed essential.
