Abstract :
A new method of stabilization for the composite-cavity-type single-frequency laser was examined experimentally. This method is insensitive to variations in oscillation power levels, and hence this type of laser can be tuned as easily as an ordinary two-mirror single-frequency laser. The relative frequency stability obtained is about 5 \\times 10^{8} per two minutes and 2 \\times 10^{9} per second.
