Abstract :
RCS measurements of two larger squat cylinders (with diameters of 18 in and 15 in) have been studied. Numerical extrapolation from the best available MoM simulation was used to generate the finer oscillations (les 0.1 dB) in RCS-PO at higher frequencies. Although the uncertainties at 0.4 dB would obscure the opportunity for a comparison at this time, a smoothly silver-painted surface did yield error bars at 0.2 dB for the Ku band.
