Abstract :
Are mobile phones safe? Is this the right question concerning the adverse effects of cell phones? Or should we phrase the question as “how safe are the cell phones?” This issue is extremely sensitive, and has been dis cussed all around the world since the beginning of wireless systems. It seems the discussions will continue for a long time.
