Abstract :
The complex refractive index at 60 GHz of soda-lime glass, which is commonly used as window glass, has been measured by means of a free-space reflection method using a vector-network-analyser-based scatterometer. The complex refractive index was estimated to be 2.61-0.0318j, which is consistent with previously-reported values measured in the microwave and far infra-red regions.
