Abstract :
A voltage reference with two outputs is presented. Both of them are insensitive to temperature, supply voltage and threshold voltage. One of the outputs is ~0.8 V, and the other one is ~0.38 V. For the output voltage of 0.8 V, this voltage variation because of supply voltage change from 2.0 to 3.5 V is plusmn0.66%, and because of temperature change from 0 to 80degC is plusmn52 ppm/degC. For the output voltage of 0.38 V, this voltage variation because of supply voltage change from 2.0 to 3.5 V is plusmn1.8%, and because of temperature change from 0 to 80degC is plusmn50 ppm/degC. The active area of the circuit is the supply voltage of 2 V is 0.8 mW.
