Abstract :
The above-named article [ibid., Vol.9, No.4. pp. 524-536, Aug. 2002] had two incorrect equations (25 and 32). These are shown in the correct form here, using the same equation numbers as in the article, the numerical results in the paper were obtained using the correct equations and therefore are not affected.
