  • Abstract
Motivation of this paper is a high percentage of epidemic heart failure among the people all over the world where the highest rate of incidence of heart failure are recorded in industrialized countries. The purpose of this work was to design and construct a working micropump drive with a control system that implements a simplified hemodynamic cycle. In chapter III. (Construction of the innovative micropump) the project of the electromagnetically driven pulse pump is presented. The described construction contains the principle of pulsating blood flow and advantages of the proposed drive. The analyses of the field model and the measurements taken on the constructed drive have been used to verify project assumptions presented in chapter V. (The pump control system and measurements).
