  • Abstract
This paper presents a design for multiband monopole antenna with parasitic elements to realize the multi resonance by control of parasitic pole number for the in-building mobile communication. Especially, the firefighting radio band which is operated at 445 MHz of low frequency band is considered in this study. In order to satisfy for the mobile communication service such as LTE (890 MHz band), PCS (1.8 GHz band), W-CDMA (2.0 GHz band) and Wi-Fi (2.45 GHz band) as well as firefighting radio system (445 MHz band), a monopole radiator and many parasitic elements on a circular disc ground plane are designed. The measured results were observed a reasonable agreement with the simulated results of a proposed antenna.
