Abstract :
A systematic approach for designing analog circuits with low supply voltage requirements is discussed. This approach is based on the utilization of multiple-input floating-gate transistors. Current mirrors and differential pair building blocks are discussed as well as a low voltage BiCMOS operational amplifier based on these building blocks
