EMS Transitions to TMC

The IEEE Engineering Management Society (EMS) transitioned to the IEEE Technology Management Council (TMC) beginning 1 January 2008. All current (2007) EMS members were grandfathered, so all benefits will continue undiminished for the year 2008. The only requirement was that society members continue their IEEE membership, and pay the same subscription fee of US$30.00 for 2008 as paid in 2007. The important point is that by paying the $30.00 fee, members will continue to receive the same benefits in an uninterrupted and transparent manner, including the Chapter membership. No special or unusual action will be required from the current 2007 EMS members.
