Abstract :
The coded index is based upon the Coding Scheme for EMC Indexes, IEEE Transactions on Electromagnetic Compatibility, November 1984, pages 220-223. Headings for technical areas of the index are identified both by code symbol and word description. Headings are not used to categorize the thrust of a paper represented by lower case letters, but thrust categories are listed here for convenient reference.
